first_img1 Alli’s new deal with adidas would earn him more than he does at Tottenham Tottenham star Dele Alli is poised to sign a new deal worth £8million with sportswear giants adidas. Alli is already signed up to a deal with the boot makers, but his soaring reputation this season has earned him the right to discuss hugely improved terms. And in an embarrassing twist for Tottenham, the five-year deal, would mean adidas pay him more a week than his club, according to the Daily Mail.  Alli signed a new deal in January worth £25,000-a-week, but the club plan to sit down with him after the conclusion of the European Championship to thrash out an improved contract. The cash boost from adidas is another step forward for the foemr MK Dons midfielder who made a huge impact on the Premier League this season, in his first full year at the club.last_img read more
